The key reason for strategy development and implementation in social media is to find ways to stand out among the noise. Sometimes that means not jumping on the latest “trend” and instead, creating a more impactful and strategic plan based on your intentional goals.We work with you to determine a specific set of goals pertaining to branding, social media presence and engagement rates. We then determine the best strategies, including establishing brand identity and communication style.

We fully understand that social media can be an oversaturated marketplace, even for companies in the architecture/ engineering/construction industry, but it all comes down to creating an impactful campaign to get people to care.

We conduct a discovery process to assess your firm’s overall company branding, messaging, and strategic plans. We then assess your current social media strategy and review all social media channels to gather a baseline, including a diagnostic of all social media analytics from the past six months. 

Our owner, Julie Wanzer, LEED AP, has 15 years of experience with social media strategy, marketing and implementation, from creating quizzical X (formerly Twitter) content in the early 2000’s to strategic LinkedIn branding to impactful TikTok content that exposes more people to construction career pathways.
